Delivery

Your candle(s) will be boxed up in recycled/recyclable kraft packaging and dispatched within 3 working days of ordering, carefully protected and sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. This delivery takes a couple of days to arrive with you but please be patient as deliveries might take a little longer. 

Shipping costs £3 and free if you spend over £40. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with us and we'll help arrange your return. Returns must be made within 21 days from the day after you receive your order and we'll issue a refund one we receive the item back. 

All unwanted items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original labels and packaging still attached. The return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless you have received a faulty item. 

Right To Cancel

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. You must notify us of intent to cancel in writing by contacting us at hello@albioncandleco.co.uk. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and goods must be returned unused and packaged safely for transit.
